Can I share my pictures with friends and family?

No. The site is organized specifically for the purpose of ordering prints and only the account holder has
the ability to view uploaded files.

Do I get a lower price if I order lots of prints over a period of time?

No. Our low tiered pricing is based on each picture/print quantity in a given order.

How can I upload more than 5 pictures at a time?
|
You can use our powerful Java uploader by clicking the UPLOAD - JAVA link in the upload page. This uploader
allows you to easily choose up to thousands of pictures. It also lets you scale pictures down while
uploading, so the files are smaller and uploads much shorter (typically a 4 megapixel image is more than adequate
for printing an 8x10, but cameras these days can output up to 12 megapixels, which yields very large files).
Please note that you must have Java installed. Most browsers, with the exception of Internet Explorer, already have
it. If you are using Internet Explorer follow the instructions to download and install Java. The whole process takes
just a few minutes.

I get a security message when trying to use the Java uploader, is it safe?
|
The uploader will not write any files or affect your system in any way. The browser warns you because
the uploader needs permission to read from your filesystem (to select and copy the uploaded files).

I am in the Los Angeles, CA area, can I get low cost next-day delivery?
|
Yes. We are located in Hollywood. Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail) takes one day within a 25 mile radius, including
surrounding cities such as Woodland Hills, Pasadena and Long Beach.
